Service & Scheduling’s monthly dispatch board
is for you. Using this innovative new scheduling style,
you can see how much work is scheduled for each day
and then drill down into the day to see an overview
of the job times. Each day will have an “available
time” meter bar at the top of the schedule. Using
this meter bar you can graphically see how much time
in each day is booked and available. This feature is
great for scheduling jobs over a long period and balancing
your workload. |

to color coding the dispatch based on call priority. Calls
can either be green for low priority, yellow for normal,
